Arizona Sunset Over Fallow Fields

Our oldest and I went out to find a particular shot of a tree. We couldn't find what we were looking for but we found something else.

Rye Hunt/Whispering Pines

We went hunting on the second day of the year in our usual spot and afterward I found out about a place in Arizona that I've never been to. It's Whispering Pines Arizona and it's a community East of the freeway before the Moguillon Rim. I've always wondered what was in that area looking out from The Rim assuming that it was just wilderness. There are a number of beautiful communities down there amongst the trees. These shots are from both areas.

Where The Streets Have No Name

I realized watching a recent trip of @u2 staffers (http://www.atu2.com/) that I have yet to do a comprehensive posting showing substantial pictures of our Joshua Tree trip. I think this is because I was just getting the blog up and going. Here are an assortment of the best shots from the site of the iconic Joshua Tree. Hope you love them. Tell all your U2 fan friends about them.
