City Scapes, Seattle, WA

Seattle is a beautiful city. It's in an amazingly natural setting which seems to be a juxtaposition but there are some real gems for photographers there. I can't believe how much it reminded me of Manhattan as I remember it from being there as a kid. The fog especially does astounding things visually speaking to the buildings.

The Old Forest, Hoh Rainforest, WA

A more artistic perspective on the Hoh Rainforest. It is magnificent!!

Fishing Village

These shots from La Push were particularly good. I think they speak for themselves. I wish I had more time to spend in that area of the country.

Family Shots, Hoh Rainforest, WA

Any fans of the Lord of the Rings trilogy will appreciate these pictures. This forest truly looks like the old forest at the beginning of Fellowship of the Ring. I could have spent hours drawing in that forest and may be justly inspired to do a series of drawings off of these pictures.

These are more of the family but I will have a series of artistic pieces following. It was a majestic place to be and just as the hobbits I felt very young amongst all those old trees.

Family Shots, La Push, WA

These are a bunch of shots from the beach. Tons of driftwood (actually more than I wanted) and a lot of good coastal memories. The joke went around that one-eyed Willie would sail by. If you're too young ask your mom and dad. If you're too old ask your kids.

It was a wonderful experience being there. We had lunch there and some fishing village photos are to follow.
